In the name of God Amen
I John Gaywood Senr of Five Clare Court Square in the Parish
of St John the Evangelist Westminster and County of Middlesex Gentleman
being of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare
this my last Will and Testament in form and manner following That is to say
I leave and bequeath to my Son Richard Gaywood of Hanover Street
in Rotherhithe / Lighterman / One Hundred Pounds three per cent consolidated
Annuities and the whole of my property of Household Goods Silver Plate
together with the whole of my further property now standing in my name in
the books of the Bank of England with all my property of every description and
denomination whatever I leave and bequeath to my dear Wife Elizabeth
Gaywood for her whole and sole use I further appoint and nominate my
dear Wife Elizabeth Gaywood sole Executrix to this my last Will and Testament
unto which I add my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of February
in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and twenty six John
Gaywood Senr Seal. Signed Sealed & Published in the presence of us and
declared by the said testator as and for his last Will & Testament in his
presence and in presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
hereto Mary Minuittt William Minuitt.

Proved at London 20th January 1829 before the worshipful
John Daubony Dr of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Elizabeth
Gaywood Widow the relict the sole Executrix to whom Admon was
granted being first sworn duly to Administer
